If you have forgotten your Virtual Armory Username or Password, please submit a help desk ticket to retrieve it.

For security purposes your Virtual Armory Username and Password can only be sent to a (.mil) email address. For example we will send your information to example@us.army.mil but we can not send your information to example@aol.com 

Please call the Virtual Armory Help Desk at (703) 415-1202 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST if you do not have a (.mil) email address. 

If you are a not a Guard member and have a sponsored account you will also have to contact the Help Desk to obtain your Login information.
