Issue:
The Freedom Ring was ordered successfully but has not been received.

Solution
Your Freedom Ring will be delivered to the address listed in your Virtual Armory Personal Profile. To check your address  please login and use the 'Update Profile' link located on the left hand side of the page. http://www.virtualarmory.com/UpdateProfile/

If you have already ordered your Freedom Ring and your address has changed please update the address in your Personal Profile and submit a Help Desk Ticket with your current information and a request to check the delivery status of your Freedom Ring.

If the address listed in your Personal Profile was accurate at the time you ordered your Freedom Ring please allow up to 90 days for delivery. If you do not receive your Freedom Ring within this time frame please submit a Help Desk Ticket requesting a delivery status update.
